Exhibit Rules

  1. All participants are required to register for the Conference Registration / Business Workshops.

  2. The allotment of spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

  3. NMBC would not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage to participants’ displays, valuables, merchandise or other belongings before, during or after the conference.

  4. All Exhibitor/Vendors/manufacturer booths must be set up by Friday, May 3 at noon. All food vendors must be set up by 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2024.

  5. All Exhibitor/Vendors are required to keep their vending area clean at all times.

  6. Food vendors MUST have the proper equipment to keep their food hot/cold where necessary.

  7. All Food vendors are required to comply with the City Ordinance and provide necessary Food Permits to Committee Co-Chairs. (All Exhibit rules see Ron McKinnon & Committee Co-Chair 704.201.1353)
